| Obverse description | The coat of arms of Voskresensk occupies the central field, featuring a quartered shield with a lion in the upper canton and a radiant sun with a face in the lower portion, surmounted by a crenellated brick tower. The shield is flanked by two wheat ears tied with a ribbon at the base, with a scroll bearing the sponsor's name ИНКОМБАНК (Inkombank) at the bottom, accompanied by the mint mark ЛМД and the series designation «Б13Б» ТМА.
