Medal - Chernobyl 10 year anniversary

Beschrijving voorzijde	Central field features a large relief bell surmounted by a cross, with the name ЧОРНОБИЛЬ inscribed on its body and birds in flight to either side. A scrolled ribbon in the lower field bears the dates 1986–1996. The surrounding legend is arranged around the upper periphery in Cyrillic script.

Beschrijving keerzijde	The field depicts a figure in full protective gear and gas mask standing before the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant complex, with a crane visible in the background and a triangular radiation warning symbol to the right. The date 26 АПРЕЛЯ / 1986 is inscribed in the lower exergue, and a Cyrillic legend arcs around the upper periphery.
