Description de l’avers	The obverse depicts an allegorical scene in high relief featuring a standing draped female figure with her right arm outstretched, accompanied by a seated armored figure and a recumbent lion in the foreground. Additional allegorical figures and industrial motifs appear in the background. The circular legend around the rim reads ALFONSO XIII REY DE ESPANA and MARIA CRISTINA REINA REGENTE, with the engraver's signature visible in the lower field.

Description du revers	The reverse features a winged allegorical figure of Fame, partially draped, seated and blowing a long trumpet to the right, holding a bouquet of flowers in her left hand. Behind her, a detailed view of an exposition building is depicted in the field. The circular legend around the rim reads EXPOSICION GENERAL DE LAS ISLAS FILIPINAS, with MADRID and the date 1887 inscribed in the lower exergue area, and the engraver's signature M. FIGUEROA visible in the lower field.
