Two six-pointed stars flank the lower central design. The legend CALIFORNIA STATE NUMISMATIC ASSOCIATION curves around the upper portion of the inner circle, with ORGANIZED FEBRUARY 22, 1947 and INCORPORATED JUNE 2, 1961 inscribed below the central design. PRESIDENT appears in raised letters across the upper outer rim and 1951-1952 across the lower outer rim. |
