Obverse description The central field features four heraldic shields arranged in a cruciform pattern, each bearing a different emblem: a classical portico, a trophy cup, theatrical masks, and crossed swords. Two crossed sceptres overlay the shields at the centre. A crown appears at the top of the design, and the Latin legend runs around the periphery of the heptagonal field.
