Obverse description The central field displays the heraldic shield of Prince James, quartered with the royal arms, supported by four infant cherubs: two above helping to raise a coronet over the shield, and two below on either side flanking the Prince of Wales feathers and the shield of Cornwall, each surmounted by a coronet. The circular legend surrounds the entire composition in the field.
