Obverse description Central field depicts a tall incense burner or censer atop a pedestal, bearing an oval portrait medallion with the bust of William I of Orange-Nassau in relief. In the background, a naval battle scene is rendered with warships at left amid cannon smoke and a harbour, and a fleet of sailing vessels at right.
