Beschrijving voorzijde	The obverse depicts in relief the parliament buildings of Belgium (left), the Netherlands (centre), and Luxembourg (right), set above a stylised hemicycle representing a parliamentary chamber. The legend is distributed across the field reading BE NE LUX PARLEMENT, with the commemorative dates 1955-2005 along the lower rim. An engraver's monogram appears at lower right.

Beschrijving keerzijde	The reverse features a raised relief map of the three Benelux countries occupying the left portion of the field. To the right, a curved arc of twelve five-pointed stars evokes the European motif, accompanied by a stylised circular emblem in the lower right field. Two small mint marks are visible near the bottom.
