| Obverse description | Facing bust of Lord Balfour in high relief, flanked by olive branches, above a scroll bearing his facsimile signature. The bilingual legend 'הצהרת בלפור / BALFOUR DECLARATION' arcs around the upper field in Hebrew and Latin script. The anniversary dates '2 NOV. 1917–1967' in English and 'יז מרחשון תרעח–תשכח' in Hebrew appear in the lower field, with the engraver's name P. VINCZE on the right rim. |
