Obverse description Shield-shaped plaque in brown Böttger stoneware depicting a standing female fountain figure (Brunnenfigur) in low relief, arms raised above her head. The town name BAD ELSTER arches around the upper field, with the inscription 125 JAHRE STAATSBAD in two lines below the figure. A suspension hole is pierced at the top center.
