| Obverse description | Facing busts in high relief of a man and a woman in profile, facing one another: the male bust to the left draped in armour with lace cravat and flowing wig, the female bust to the right with elaborate coiffure and jewelled necklace. A circular Latin legend runs around the rim, with the engraver's signature I. L. OEXLEIN. F. inscribed in the lower exergue. |
