Reverse description A large compass rose in high relief dominates the field, with a fleur-de-lis marking the north point and decorative motifs including heraldic animals in the interstices between the points. The legend GIBRALTAR arcs across the upper field, with the dates 1704 and 2004 placed at lower left and lower right respectively.
