Obverse description A standing draped female figure in high relief raises both arms overhead to support a rectangular tablet inscribed with the dates 1913 and 1927, symbolizing the company's founding and merger. Flanking her on either side are stylized industrial gear and chain motifs in an Art Deco design. The circular legend around the rim names the Société des Ciments de Marseille et d'Outre-Mer, L'Estaque and Lottinghen.

Reverse description A semi-nude male figure stands with legs apart atop a stylized bridge or industrial structure, raising a flaming torch aloft with both hands in an Art Deco composition. Behind him, a stepped industrial skyline of silos or factory buildings is depicted in relief. The engraver's signature E. BLIN appears at lower right, with the recipient's name and date inscribed in the lower field.
