| Beschrijving keerzijde | A detailed perspective view of the Palais de l'Industrie, Paris, showing its grand façade with arched entrance, colonnades, and iron-and-glass roof structure, flanked by trees. The legend PALAIS DE L'INDUSTRIE arcs along the upper border, while a six-line text in the exergue records that these medals were struck within the building using a monetary press by the firm Cail & Cie during the Exposition Universelle of 1855.
