Reverse description A sheaf of wheat held by two hands rises from the center of the field, framed by radiating sun rays emanating from a solar disc at the top. Musical staff fragments with notes appear to the left and right in the mid-field. The lower portion of the field is dominated by stylized swirling waves interspersed with lightning bolts. The legend MESSIDOR appears across the center field, with L'OURAGAN inscribed along the lower rim.
