Obverse description Irregular square flan bearing a six-armed symbol (likely a solar or deity emblem) rendered in low relief at center, accompanied by several auxiliary punch-marks distributed across the field, including geometric and symbolic devices. The design is executed in the punch-marked tradition characteristic of early Indian coinage, with each symbol individually impressed. The surfaces show typical casting irregularities and natural patination consistent with ancient copper coinage of the Shunga period.
