The inscription ZAGREB appears vertically on the left, and MARIJA BISTRICA / 3 OCTOBRIS 1998 is inscribed in the lower field. An engraver's signature appears at the lower right. |

In the lower right field, Stepinac's episcopal coat of arms is depicted on a shield surmounted by a bishop's mitre, bearing the Alpha and Omega symbols.
