Reverse description Irregularly shaped reverse flan bearing a dense decorative composition of multiple small six-pointed star or rosette motifs scattered across the entire field, a characteristic ornamental device found on Ottoman mangir issues of this period. The stars are crudely punched in a seemingly informal arrangement, filling the available surface without a formal border or legend. The flan edges are uneven and show typical hammer-striking distortion. The absence of inscriptions on this face is consistent with the type, the textual content being confined to the obverse.
