The composition conveys imperial triumphalism and Christian devotion characteristic of the FEL TEMP REPARATIO ('Happy Times Are Restored') series. The reverse legend appears in the field, with the mintmark SMKΔ in the exergue, indicating the fourth officina of the Cyzicus mint. |
