Heimat-Kraftfahr-Park units were rear-area motor transport depots of the Austro-Hungarian army, responsible for vehicle maintenance and supply runs well behind the front lines. The Zweigstelle Agram designation places this as the Zagreb branch office, operating during the First World War when the city was still the Croatian capital within the Habsburg crownlands. These internal canteen or mess vouchers — the "Lunch" designation is the giveaway — were never intended for public circulation and exist today almost entirely by accident, recovered from unit paperwork rather than wallets.
