Obverse description Red-brown note with a central ornate lobed cartouche set within an intricate guilloche border. The cartouche encloses Arabic text inscriptions with the Ottoman tughra alongside a crescent and star device at upper right. The date in Arabic numerals appears at left, and a serial number in Latin characters is positioned at lower centre.
Obverse lettering دولت عليه عثمانيه
Reverse description Red-brown reverse centred on a large lobed medallion with layered guilloche ornament. A vertical rectangular panel at top carries multi-line Arabic text, with the fractional value '1/2' in Western numerals at left and its Arabic equivalent at right; two manuscript signature lines appear beneath the central vignette. The issuing authority inscription in Arabic script runs along the lower margin.
