| 背面描述 | An octopus depicted frontally and symmetrically in the center of the plain field, its eight tentacles curling outward in dynamic, naturalistic scrolls filling the flan. The body is rendered with a smooth, ovoid mantle, and the curling arms radiate in a radially balanced composition characteristic of Syracusan small silver coinage of the early Second Democracy period. The reverse is without legend or additional devices. |
