Obverse description Central field features a detailed relief depiction of King Mindaugas in full armour, crowned and holding a sword, rendered in the style of a medieval seal. The surrounding legend appears in two concentric arcs reading in both Lithuanian and English. The dates 1251-1263 appear in the lower exergue.

Reverse description The reverse displays a relief map of Lithuania in the central field, overlaid with the Cross of Jogaila symbol. The upper arc bears the bilingual legend in Lithuanian and English, while the lower arc carries the bilingual inscription for collectors coin.
