| Beschrijving voorzijde | Centrally placed large raised roundel containing a small cross or floral ornament in the field, surrounded by six smaller raised roundels each enclosing a six-petalled rosette or asterisk motif, arranged symmetrically around the central boss. The overall composition is set within an irregular, roughly quadrilateral flan with lobate projections at the corners. No legend is present, consistent with the anonymous character of this issue. The die work is typical of Bohemian-area hammered bracteate-influenced deniers of the late 12th to early 13th century. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse displays a large central roundel in raised relief, enclosing what appears to be a stylized tower or architectural element with a arched base, consistent with a schematic representation of a castle gate or keep as a civic symbol of Eger. The central motif is enclosed within a beaded or cable inner circle. Several smaller subsidiary roundels are partially visible at the periphery of the irregular flan, mirroring the obverse arrangement. The surface shows characteristic patination and surface corrosion consistent with extended burial, and the strike is typical of the variable-alignment hammered technique of this regional issue. |
