Reverse description Central interlaced double-G monogram, composed of two large cursive letters G intertwined, surmounted by a princely crown with fleurs-de-lis and arches. The monogram and crown occupy the majority of the coin's field. The design is set within a plain border and is characteristic of the personal cipher coinage issued under Gaston d'Orléans for the Principality of Dombes.
