| Obverse description | A detailed engraved view of the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, with the French tricolor flag draped beneath the vault and the Eternal Flame visible at the base. The motto LIBERTÉ ÉGALITÉ FRATERNITÉ arcs around the upper field, with radiating lines decorating the background. The engraver's signature CORBIN appears at lower left, and a commemorative inscription in the exergue references the 38th T.I.F. congress held in Luxembourg in 1993. |
