Obverse description Two opposing goat heads facing each other in the center field, each rendered with flowing beard and upswept horns, serving as the heraldic arms of the city of Cosel (Koźle). Below the goat heads, the denomination numeral 'I' appears to the left and an 'X' mark to the right flanking the city name legend 'COSEL'. The date '1761' is struck in the lower exergual area in large numerals.
