The royal legend ΚΟΥΤ is distributed in the four quadrants surrounding the vessel, with Κ and Ο appearing in the upper left and upper right fields respectively, and Υ and Τ appearing in the lower left and lower right fields, referencing the Odrysian king Kotys I.
