| Obverse description | Obverse of this wire money (cheshuitsa) depicts a mounted Tsar in traditional Russian style, shown as a horseman bearing a spear, rendered in schematic relief characteristic of hammered wire coinage. The design is struck on an irregularly shaped, flattened silver planchet cut from wire, resulting in partially visible motifs at the flan edges. The overall field is deeply textured from the hammering process, with bold but crude relief typical of late Muscovite wire kopecks.
