| Reverse description | The entire reverse field is occupied by a multi-line Cyrillic inscription arranged in horizontal registers across the oval flan, reading the full titulature of Tsar Mikhail Fedorovich. The lettering is boldly struck in the characteristic archaic Cyrillic script of the period, with individual characters clearly separated across five or six lines. The inscription, though partially obscured by the irregular flan edges and die shift, conveys the sovereign's full imperial style as Tsar and Grand Prince of All Rus. This layout is standard for Russian wire kopecks of the early Romanov period. |
