| Reverse description | The reverse bears a multi-line Cyrillic inscription filling the entire field of the oval flan, reading in abbreviated form the full royal titulature of Tsar Mikhail Fedorovich. The legend is arranged in horizontal lines across the planchet, reading downward in the customary format of Russian wire kopecks of this period. The lettering is deeply struck in archaic Cyrillic characters, with individual lines slightly curved to follow the shape of the flan. The inscription identifies the ruler as Tsar and Grand Prince of All Rus, consistent with the titulature employed on Muscovite coinage throughout Mikhail Fedorovich's reign. |
