背面描述 The reverse bears a multi-line Cyrillic inscription filling the entire field, arranged in three to four horizontal lines and occupying the full width of the irregular oval flan. The legend records the royal titulature of Tsar Feodor III Alexeyevich, reading in abbreviated form across the surface. The strike is characteristically uneven, with portions of the legend truncated at the flan edges, as is standard for Russian wire-money kopecks of this period. No border ornament is present on the reverse, the inscription extending to the very limits of the planchet.

附加信息

Feodor III ruled for just six years before dying at twenty, leaving no heir and triggering the succession crisis that briefly put two tsars on the throne simultaneously. These wire money kopecks — hammered from hand-cut silver rod, each blank shaped by hammer and die in a single strike — were already an anachronism by the 1670s, a medieval production method persisting into a reign that otherwise saw tentative Westernizing reforms. Peter I finally abolished the wire kopeck in 1718, but Feodor's short reign means his issues are among the scarcer within the series by sheer production-window alone.
