The lower terminus terminates in a small, flattened, spatulate or bifurcated foot, forming the characteristic 'leg' end of the Kissi penny. The surface retains the same dark iron patina and irregular texture resulting from traditional forging techniques. No legends, devices, or symbols are present. |
