| Obverse description | Hammered copper flan bearing a multi-line Arabic or Persian legend in raised relief, disposed across the flat field within a simple linear border. The script, executed in a cursive hand characteristic of medieval Indo-Islamic coinage, occupies the majority of the flan. The coin displays typical irregularity of a hand-struck issue, with the surface showing natural patination and verdigris consistent with age. The legends, though partially worn, remain legible in their central portions and follow the standard epigraphic convention of Kashmir Sultanate coinage. |
