| Obverse description | Crude hammered field bearing a bold Arabic-script legend arranged in two registers, with a central motif characteristic of Kashmir Sultanate copper coinage of the mid-tenth AH century. The inscription, deeply struck but somewhat irregular due to the hand-hammered flan, occupies the majority of the coin's face, with the ruler's name and titles distributed across the field. The planchet is noticeably uneven, with areas of green cuprite patina scattered across the reddish-brown copper surface, consistent with prolonged burial or circulation. The overall style reflects the provincial mint tradition of the Kashmir Sultanate under Nazuk Nadir Shah, with bold but artistically rough calligraphic execution. |
