Reverse description A winged caduceus and a fasces crossed in saltire occupy the center of the field, with a gridded globe above and a dextrarum iunctio (two clasped hands) to the left. A small axe or hatchet appears at the bottom. The name of the issuing authority, L. BVCA, is inscribed in the right field, all within a border of beaded inner circles and a dentilated outer rim.
