Obverse description Central field features a dotted inner circle enclosing a stylized Arabic legend or symbol, surrounded by a bold circular border of pellets. The outer margin bears a continuous Arabic inscription in Kufic or Naskh script, partially legible due to the irregular flan and die shift characteristic of hammered coinage. The overall design is typical of Ghaznavid-influenced jitals produced in the Zamin Dawar region under Khwarazmian authority. The flan is notably uneven with irregular edges, consistent with hand-struck provincial issues of the early 13th century.
