The foreground depicts a pile of tourist tokens in relief. The legend curves along the upper and lower periphery, separated by six stars on each side.

Reverse description Central field features a hexagonal frame enclosing a relief depiction of the Monnaie de Paris building facade, with the legend MONNAIE DE PARIS below and the engraver's mark BVM in the lower field.
