Reverse description Reverse of the underlying 1618 Hall Taler, featuring a large quartered heraldic shield bearing the arms of Austria, Burgundy, Tyrol, and the Holy Roman Empire (displayed double-headed eagle at center), surmounted by an archduke's coronet. The surrounding Latin legend, divided by the shield, reads: ET CARN: MAG: PRVSS: AD: COMES TIROLIS, encircled by a beaded border. The field retains the characteristic flat, slightly concave planchet surface typical of early seventeenth-century Hall mint production.
