| Obverse description | Elongated irregular cast gold bar with multiple applied stamps in relief. On the left end, a circular crowned cartouche with floral and cross devices; to the right, large stamped numerals reading 'N 26 42' and date '1810', with an additional crowned cypher at the far right. A lower register bears a rectangular cartouche inscribed 'TOQUES 23', followed by a rosette separator and the fineness notation '6 04', indicating assay and quality marks consistent with the Vila Rica mint of the Prince Regent João VI period. |
