Obverse description Three conjoined busts in right-facing profile — likely representing Kaiser Wilhelm II in the foreground wearing military uniform with decorations, flanked by two older bearded figures — surmounted by an imperial crown suspended from a ribbon. Laurel branches frame the busts at left and right in high relief against a plain field.

Reverse description A seated allegorical female figure, robed and veiled with right hand raised, holds an open book inscribed EVANGELIUM on her lap, before the detailed facade of the Berlin Cathedral rendered in high relief with rays of divine light emanating from a dove above. At her feet, three figures kneel or crouch in adoration to either side. The circumscription in German carries a biblical quotation from Haggai, and the date 27. FEBRUAR / 1905 appears in the lower exergue with the maker's signature J. GODET at left.
