Reverse description The crowned coat of arms of the Grimaldi family of Monaco, displaying the characteristic fusilly lozengy in argent and gules, encircled by the collar of the Order of the Holy Spirit and supported by two armored figures. Elaborate foliate and acanthus mantling surrounds the shield, surmounted by a princely crown with a fleur-de-lis finial. The circumferential Latin legend, interrupted by the date 1645 at upper left, runs around the entire border.
