Obverse description Head of a rooster facing left, rendered in low relief in the archaic Sicilian style. The comb, beak, and wattles are summarily indicated given the extremely small module of the flan. The design occupies nearly the full field of the irregularly shaped planchet.

Reverse description Two pellets arranged vertically in the field, flanked on the left by the retrograde digamma (Ϝ) and on the right by a single vertical stroke (Ι), serving as value marks denoting two units. The symbols are disposed across a plain, flat field with no border or additional ornament, consistent with the minimalist reverse type of Himeran fractional silver coinage.
