附加信息	Kentoripai — modern Centuripe in Sicily — was among the communities granted favorable status by Rome following the Second Punic War, a reward for loyalty during Hannibal's devastating campaign through the island. Local bronze coinage of this period reflects that transitional moment, when Sicilian civic mints were winding down autonomous production under increasing Roman administrative pressure. The hexas, worth two onkiai in the Sicilian bronze system, was among the smallest functional denominations still being struck.
