背面描述	A large, naturalistic bunch of grapes rendered in high relief at the center of the field, its individual berries clearly articulated as raised pellets in the characteristic Sicilian manner. A tendril and partial leaf emerge from the stem at the top of the cluster. The ethnic legend ΤΑΥΡΟΜΕΝΙΤΑΝ encircles the bunch, partly visible along the periphery of the flan, identifying the issuing city of Tauromenion.

附加信息	Tauromenion — modern Taormina — occupied a strategically loaded position on Sicily's eastern coast, and its bronze fractions from this period reflect a city threading carefully between Syracusan dominance and the persistent pressure of Carthaginian interests in the west. The hexas, worth two onkiai in the Sicilian bronze system, was the workhorse of small daily transactions at a moment when the island's political order was being redrawn around the ambitions of Hieron II, who consolidated control over much of eastern Sicily by around 269 BC.
