Obverse description Male head facing left, rendered in archaic Greek style with carefully delineated hair swept back from the brow in parallel ridges. The portrait displays a naturalistic modelling of the facial features typical of late fifth-century Prokonnesean coinage. The coin is struck on a small, irregular flan characteristic of fractional silver issues of the period. No legend appears in the field.
