| Beschrijving voorzijde | Facing lion's head rendered in archaic Greek style, depicted full-face with prominent mane rendered as radiating lines around the visage. The eyes are deeply set and boldly modeled, the muzzle broad and naturalistic. The design is centrally placed within a slightly irregular flan, characteristic of small hammered silver coinage from Karia during the fifth century BC. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Incuse square divided into two symmetrical triangular compartments by a central chevron or herringbone pattern, with each half filled with deeply struck parallel diagonal ridges creating a bifurcated geometric design. A small square punch is visible at the lower right. This incuse reverse type is characteristic of early Karian civic coinage and served as the die counterpart to the obverse lion's head type. |
