| 表面の説明 | Facing head of a young female deity, most likely a nymph or goddess, rendered in three-quarter view with fine archaic-to-classical transitional style. The hair is elaborately dressed, adorned with a wreath or floral diadem, with large voluminous locks radiating outward around the head in a distinctive sunburst arrangement, filling the field to the coin's edge. The facial features are finely modelled, exhibiting a serene expression characteristic of South Italian Greek coinage of the late 4th century BC. No inscriptions appear on the obverse. |
