Obverse description Laureate head of Apollo facing left, rendered in fine Classical Greek style with carefully detailed hair swept back and bound, individual locks falling in waves behind the neck. The facial features are delicately modelled, with a refined profile characteristic of late 4th-century Ionian coinage. The laurel wreath encircling the head is rendered with naturalistic detail. The field is plain, with no legend or inscription on the obverse.
