| Beschrijving voorzijde | Forepart of a lion advancing to right, head reverted to left with open jaws, rendered in bold high relief. The mane is depicted with fine flowing striations, conveying naturalistic vigour characteristic of Chersonesian coinage of the period. The lion's muscular chest and forelegs are clearly articulated within the round flan, filling the field with confident die-cutting. No legend or inscription appears on the obverse. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Quadripartite incuse square divided into four quarters by raised bands, with alternating raised and sunken sections in a mill-sail or windmill pattern. One sunken quarter bears a single pellet, while the diagonally opposite sunken quarter contains the letters HP (Greek monogram) accompanied by a small olive sprig. The raised quarters are plain. This type of incuse square is a hallmark of early Chersonesian silver coinage and served as a die identifier. |
